Thank you for being a loyal client and for choosing Tried & True Beauty for your beauty needs.

**When making an appointment, it is the client's full responsibility to keep the appointment time scheduled. Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so we can start on time, fill out our waiver form, and enjoy the experience provided.

**To provide an above-and-beyond experience to each of our loyal clients, respectfully, we now REQUIRE A VALID CREDIT CARD ON FILE in order to reserve your selected appointment time and day. This requirement is for online, in-house booking and over-the-phone appointments. This is for all current and future clients. No Exceptions.

**NO SHOWS, whether in-house or virtual, are not tolerated.** (A "No Show" means that the client did not show up to an appointment, in-house or virtual, AND made no contact whatsoever to cancel/reschedule the appointment in the required time given). You, the client, will be CHARGED FULL COST of the service if you "No Show" a scheduled appointment. Respectfully, we ask that you please respect our time just as we respect yours. Ultimately, this provides common courtesy, respect, and the ability to schedule another client during that time.

**CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Cancellations and reschedules made in less than 24-hours from the scheduled appointment time will incur a $25 fee. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

**LATE ARRIVALS: Arrival 10 mins after your scheduled appointment is considered "Late Arrival". Based on the discretion of the provider, you may OR may not be able to be serviced. Late arrivals requiring a reschedule are subject to the less than 24-Hours rescheduling fee of $25.
